Tip 1
Have a plan for what you will use your photos for. Once you know what they will be used for it’s easy to start planning. If you need ideas check out this blog.

Tip 2
Be specific and realist. Start by maping out the timeline of your event, and list all the important shots you need during each activity.

Tip 3
Let your photographer know the mood and feel you are going for within your shots. What do you want viewers to feel when thinking about your event?
